We offer a variety of delivery options for mainland UK addresses, ensuring a convenient and efficient service. Here are some key points to note about our delivery services:

We provide free standard delivery, delivering your parcel directly to your home.

All our parcels are sent via a tracked service, ensuring your items are traceable and secure until they reach your doorstep.

Our delivery service covers most postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland. However, due to location or carrier limitations, we may not be able to deliver certain products to remote regions of the UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Scilly, and the Channel Islands. In such cases, we may need to cancel and refund your order.

There are a few postcode areas, primarily remote, rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual delivery times. For these areas, please allow an additional day for delivery.

Please be aware that we dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will not leave our warehouse until the following Monday.

We can only deliver to the registered PayPal or Credit Card address. Please ensure your address is current before placing your order.

Please note that claims for loss can only be made 15 days after your order has been shipped.
